I had a stuffy head when I woke up. It certainly made my heavy deadlifts and then a WOD feel like an adventure. Luckily, the WOD opened my head up.

I slept great last night, but I've been feeling tired all day. My deadlifts this morning felt great, then I went for a heavy single front squat this evening.

I've been feeling a little under the weather and seem to be finally over it, so I went for my deadlifts this morning. They felt pretty good. A WOD felt good too. It was great to get a little more back to normal.

I slept very poorly last night. I woke up a little before one o'clock and spent the rest of the night laying in bed wide awake until I finally got up.

I slept great last night, and besides one brief twinge last night when I reached and twisted to flush the toilet, my core's been fine I did my deadlifts then and an endurance WOD for something different.

I didn't feel too refreshed after waking up this morning. I didn't sleep so great but I got my deadlifts done this morning. The heavy lifts felt amazing.

My knee still feels a little weak if I step wrong going down the stairs, but it's fine. Even with that, my heavy deadlifts today felt great. I just felt well-connected to the bar and weight.

My back, well, more my side, has been nagging me a bit for the past week or so. For that reason, I have been staying on the conservative side for my lifts and WODs. I did that again today, but the heavy deadlift felt pretty good.

The deadlifts for today felt pretty heavy, but they felt great. I did the bare minimum of five reps due to blisters on my hand from a long row the other day. The WOD was deceivingly tough, but in a good way.

Today was much better for me in the garage gym. I felt great doing my deadlifts, then did a WOD and felt great with that. I even got to collect some sunshine on the patio.

My hands are feeling a little raw still today, so I was undecided on whether I wanted to do my deadlifts or wait until tomorrow. I decided to give them a try and they felt surprisingly good.

I really had no idea how I'd do with my strength today after twisting me knee, tripping on one of the poorly maintained sidewalks in Mount Joy. Everything ended up going well. Even my heavier deadlifts felt great!
