This morning when I woke up it was a bit warmer than yesterday temperature was. The temperature was in the middle 70s with the dew point in the same ballpark. Dawn brought clear skies with a low in the middle 70s. It was in the upper 80s by midmorning with the heat index already above 100. It reached the upper 90s by about lunchtime. By early this afternoon the temperature was in the lower 100s again. Today was the hottest day I can remember in a long time and the hottest my weather station has recorded.f
