Summary

This morning when I woke up it was a degree or so warmer yesterday. The temperature was in the middle 20s. There was sun this morning but the temperature was slow to rise. It was only in the upper 20s by mid morning. The sun came back out by mid afternoon and the wind got gusty. The wind let up pretty quickly. The temperature was back into the middle 20s by early this afternoon after a high only in the upper 20s.
