It was a lot cooler this morning when I woke up. It was down into the upper 40s. Under the cloudy skies the temperature continued to drop into the mid 40s by sunrise. The temperature hovered in the mid 40s while we had a dark and cloudy morning. The skies were finally beginning to brighten up a little after noon but it was still in the upper 40s. Shortly after that the clouds began to break then mostly cleared up. The sun helped the temperature climb into the mid 50s. It made it into the upper 50s for the afternoon high which was actually a few degrees above the forecast.
