Summary

This morning when I woke up it was a bit warmer than yesterday. The temperature was in lower the teens and the snow had started falling moderately. Dawn brought temperature dropping just barely into the single digits with moderate snow falling. There had already been several inches of accumulation. It was still in the single digits around mid morning with heavy snow falling then. Sleet started mixing in before lunchtime and quickly changed to mostly sleet even though it was still in the lower teens. By early afternoon it had crept into the middle teens with sleet falling. We only got into the middle teens this afternoon with the sleet continuing heavy at times. We got 8 or 9 inches of snow with a significant accumulation of sleet on top.
