Weather For Mount Joy, PA On Monday, March 27, 2023

When I woke up this morning it was in the mid 30s. The temperature dropped to around freezing. The morning started off clear with some clouds visible well to the south. By 9:00 AM it warmed into the upper 40s but clouds were starting to form. The morning remained clear for the most part and the high temperature made it up into the lower 60s before the thicker clouds moved in. Once again it got well above the forecast. We had a thunderstorm move through in the afternoon with heavy rain and occasional lightning. There may have been some sleet or hail mixed with the rain. We had a few more showers move through then it cleared a little before sunset with the temperature dropping into the 40s.
