Last night’s low was in the mid 40s. With an area of rain approaching around 9:00 AM I heard a rumble of thunder. After the rain passed it dried up a bit. It remained chilly though with the temperature staying in the mid 40s. It remained damp and misty all day with the temperature only making it into the upper 40s, well short of the forecast. The data on this page is collected from my personal weather station. It may not be and is not accurate at times. The Ambient Weather WS-5000 seems to be flaky under certain circumstances. The description is from my own observations.
I put this here for my own personal records. If you find it interesting or useful, that’s great! Especially in the latter half of 2025, I started noticing some flaky readings. I think the weather station is slowly dying. I am doing my best to come up with ways not to show the obvious errors.
