Grace is one of my favorite benchmark WODs. Probably because it’s the first one I really tried. It was at CrossFit Gamma’s grand opening when Mike Jenkins was alive and owned it. That was twelve years ago today.

I am not officially signing up for the open but I am still going to do the WODs as a test. I got 20.1 done and in the books.

I like some hero WODs from Crossfit as benchmarks. Dt was one that I really liked. It was a tough fight the first time I did it. This time I did it with 135 pounds instead of 95 pounds and much more quickly too.
