Vultr

I have actually had several stints with Vultr and highly recommend them. It always just works, and it takes seconds to spin up a server. I can’t speak for other locations, but I had always chosen the New Jersey one.

They have an extremely useful help section with explanations to do just about anything you could think of. They also offer just about any operating system you could want, including FreeBSD for me.
