Ideas

These are some things that I would like to work on when I find the time and patience. I am so scatterbrained; who knows when I will get to them?

1. I have the idea to implement a way to generate my weather pages for this site outside of Zola. Most of the data never changes once it’s generated, so I feel that it would speed Zola builds up. At the very least I want to move the summary generation out. I am thinking maybe a shell script to generate this stuff once and for all. I think it is probably going to be time to retire my weather station in the not too distant future. If and when I do replace it, I think I will get a Davis.
2. I would also like to create a light theme for this website at some point. It’s not high on my priority list, but I would like to have a light option in addition to this dark one at some point. Of course I will keep the dark scheme since that is my personal preference.
